Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaker

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative who speaks Spanish, you will support 3M’s global B2B customers and business partners, guiding them through the Order‑to‑Cash journey. You’ll handle inquiries, order assistance, delivery coordination and issue resolution while working with teams across supply chain, logistics and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English, providing order support and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with global Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales and Customer Operations teams to improve service delivery.
• Assist customers throughout the Order‑to‑Cash process, including follow‑ups and issue resolution.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation and AI‑enabled tools to streamline processes.
• Develop expertise in supply chain, logistics, commercial operations and shared services.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, order management, supply chain or related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑centric attitude.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, curious and eager to learn global business operations.
• ERP experience is a plus.
