Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

About the role

Join 3M Global Business Services as a Customer Service Representative supporting global B2B customers and business partners. You will guide customers through the Order-to-Cash journey, handling inquiries, order entry, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between 3M and customers, overseeing the entire order process from entry to delivery.
• Handle order entry, status updates, product inquiries, pricing, shipping, and inventory issues.
• Communicate professionally via telephone, chat, and written correspondence with external customers and internal teams.
• Manage worklists, raise internal tickets, and solve problems related to material information records and master data.
• Educate customers on processes, manage price change activities, and address complex inquiries.
• Identify and resolve problem patterns to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least two years of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to de‑escalate conflicts.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; Spanish proficiency preferred (C1 or higher).
