Customer Service Representative – Roadside Assistance (Onsite)

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador for the Roadside Assistance program, you will be the primary point of contact for customers needing real‑time roadside support. You will manage each request from the initial greeting through to the final tow, using chat, phone and SMS channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound assistance across chat, phone and SMS (omnichannel support).
• Create and manage service cases accurately in the integrated platform.
• Gather and validate critical vehicle and service details to ensure the correct provider is assigned.
• Resolve system alerts promptly and maintain detailed, actionable case notes.
• Keep customers, partners and service providers updated in real time via voice and digital channels.
• Protect customer privacy and ensure data security throughout the process.

Required profile

• Empathetic and composed, especially during high‑intensity or emergency calls.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership of the customer experience.
