Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

HelloLesson is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will support students and teachers on a leading online education platform, helping to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Interview new teachers and onboard them onto the platform
• Ensure student happiness and resolve complaints promptly
• Make 10‑20 outbound calls to US‑based students daily
• Compose 2‑5 SMS messages and emails each day
• Participate in company Zoom meetings and present to fellow reps
• Start as a CS assistant and progress to higher responsibilities through training

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
• Fully fluent written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and presentation skills
• Positive, proactive attitude
