Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a confident, reliable, and tech‑savvy Customer Service Representative to engage US‑based leads via SMS, schedule in‑person appointments, and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. You will track lead responses, update call records, and ensure all client‑facing communication is timely and professional in a fast‑paced, structured environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with US‑based clients and internal team members.
• Follow up with clients via SMS to address scheduling queries.
• Maintain and organize internal spreadsheets, trackers, and project documents.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication across all client interactions.
• Support the daily operations of the customer service team.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (C2 level).
• Comfortable communicating with US‑based clients and leads.
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Professional, proactive, and comfortable navigating multiple tools.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Pay: $4.50 per hour (USD).
• Shift: 11 pm – 7 am Philippines time, Monday to Friday.
