Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Imagenet, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and coordinating non‑emergent medical transportation (NEMT) for patients. The position is fully onsite in Makati and offers full training for candidates without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer service for every interaction.
• Coordinate NEMT services, including scheduling, routing, and dispatch.
• Obtain prior authorizations for NEMT services within required timelines.
• Schedule paratransit transportation, considering passenger needs.
• Manage and resolve transportation disruptions promptly.
• Maintain quality standards and suggest process improvements.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs.
• Continuously update industry knowledge through training.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people and building strong relationships.
• Eagerness to learn; no prior BPO experience required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team‑player mindset.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
