Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaker) with 3M GBS, you’ll support global B2B customers and business partners across international markets. You’ll help customers navigate the Order-to-Cash journey, including inquiries, order support, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers in Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Build experience across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, and shared services.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to work smarter and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, order management, supply chain, logistics, shared services, or a related field.
• Clear communication, effective problem-solving, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, curious, and eager to learn global business processes.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
