About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, team player, excellent interpersonal skills.
