Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team supporting a diverse portfolio of US‑based clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat during United States business hours.
• Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms and handle routine administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience, preferably with sales exposure.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
• Quiet remote‑work environment with a second monitor, fast computer, and backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
