Customer Service Representative (Italian)

About the role

Join 3M Global Business Services as a Customer Service Representative supporting B2B customers worldwide. You will guide customers through the Order-to-Cash journey, handling inquiries, order entry, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between 3M and customers, managing the full order process from entry to delivery.
• Handle order entry, status updates, product inquiries, pricing, shipping, and inventory issues.
• Communicate professionally via phone, chat, and written correspondence with external customers and internal teams.
• Raise internal tickets, manage worklists, and resolve material information and master data problems.
• Educate customers on processes, manage price changes, and address complex inquiries.
• Identify problem patterns to improve customer satisfaction and support premium/strategic accounts.
• Participate in process‑improvement meetings and cross‑functional project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with at least two years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail for handling orders, documentation, and product information.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (C1 or higher preferred).
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and de‑escalate conflicts.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with strong organizational skills.
