Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Spanish Bilingual

About the role

We are looking for Spanish‑bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team and support healthcare customers. The role involves handling inquiries in both Spanish and English, delivering accurate information, and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls in Spanish and English, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Resolve healthcare‑related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and updates in the company system.
• Follow established guidelines, processes, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of call‑center or care‑work experience (healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence to handle delicate healthcare situations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Calm under pressure and attentive listening abilities.
• Residence in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan.
• Reliable wired internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
