Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) with 3M Global Business Services, you will support global B2B customers and business partners across international markets, helping them navigate the Order‑to‑Cash journey. The role offers global exposure, business impact and opportunities to grow while working with diverse cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow‑ups and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers in German and English, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Operations and other functions to improve service delivery.
• Build experience across Order‑to‑Cash, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations and shared services.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation and AI‑enabled tools to work smarter and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and German (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, curious and eager to learn global business processes.
• ERP experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
