About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative to join its banking support team. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to develop core customer‑service skills while working in a collaborative, risk‑aware environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide voice‑based banking support and answer client queries about their accounts.
Perform routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks to build proficiency.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff and follow established risk and compliance procedures.
Work any shift schedule, including graveyard shifts, holidays, and onsite at the designated location.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (Philippines candidates only).
Graduates of Banking & Finance, Management, Communication Arts, Commerce, Mathematics or related fields.
Excellent English communication skills.
