Customer Service Representative – French Speaker

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (French Speaker) with 3M GBS, you will support global B2B customers and business partners across international markets, helping them navigate the Order‑to‑Cash journey. You will handle inquiries, order support, delivery coordination, and issue resolution while collaborating with multiple internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow‑ups, and issue resolution.
• Communicate with customers in French and English.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Operations, and other teams to improve service delivery.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Clear communication, strong problem‑solving, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, curious, and eager to learn global business operations.
• ERP experience is a plus.
