About the role
Join TTEC’s award‑winning team as a Customer Service Representative on the dayshift, working onsite in Dumaguete. You will help bring humanity to business by delivering exceptional support to customers and resolving their inquiries with care.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email or chat.
- Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer issues.
- Handle escalated or complex calls with empathy and professionalism.
Required profile
- Open to candidates with or without prior customer‑service experience.
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and explain product or service information.
- Basic computer literacy.
