About the role

Cognizant is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its retail support team in Dumaguete. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service and helping them navigate our clients' retail solutions.

Key responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Process orders, returns, and refunds while ensuring accuracy.
Identify and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and weekly service‑level targets and quality standards.

Required profile

High school, senior high school graduate or college undergraduate.
Open to fresh graduates; at least 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Willingness to work onsite in Dumaguete.
