Customer Service Junior Specialist

About the role

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Customer Service team and looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and eager to grow in a fast‑moving environment. You will provide customer support across multiple channels, including live chat, inbound phone calls, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat, inbound phone calls, and email.
• Assist customers with questions about loans, credit cards, transactions, and mobile app features.
• Handle concerns with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a respectful experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system according to company standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Tagalog and English – written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a clear, customer‑friendly tone.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed).
• Comfortable using a computer, navigating websites, and learning new tools.
• A proactive, curious, and customer‑first mindset.
• No prior work experience required – training will be provided.
