Customer Service Assistant

About the role

The Customer Service Assistant will support the order management process for luxury beauty brands, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, stock deployment, and inventory management. This role works closely with sales, warehouse, and marketing teams to maintain product availability across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end order management procedures for assigned brands.
• Develop and implement new order management processes for newly acquired brands.
• Perform stock deployment to consignment stores based on approved stock‑holding analysis.
• Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Monitor out‑of‑stock items, conduct root‑cause analysis, and provide reports and recommendations.
• Prepare timely service‑level reports.
• Process marketing material requests and sales support requirements, documenting outcomes.
• Handle outright customer orders and coordinate deliveries.

Required profile

• Experience in order management, inventory coordination, or related logistics functions.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess stock levels and OOS causes.
• Ability to follow established procedures and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
