About the role

Globe is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with its clients. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across its telecom and ICT offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
• Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution and high‑level customer service.
• Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates on product enhancements, new offerings, and industry trends.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to generate additional revenue.
• Handle client complaints, escalating complex issues to internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Monitor client metrics such as satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contracts, ensure compliance, and oversee renewals.
• Conduct client feedback surveys and use insights to improve processes and services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and suggest continuous improvements to enhance client loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technical, enterprise, or B2B environment.
• Proven account management experience with a focus on client‑focused solutions.
• Background in telecom, ICT, or IT industries is preferred.
