About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with Globe's clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role acts as the primary point of contact, delivering client‑focused solutions and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
• Drive client retention through proactive issue resolution and high‑level service.
• Manage accounts, provide updates on product enhancements, and communicate industry trends.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to generate new revenue.
• Handle client complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Monitor client metrics such as satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with legal and finance to manage contracts, ensure compliance, and handle renewals.
• Conduct client feedback surveys and use insights to improve processes and services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and suggest continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technical, enterprise, or B2B environment.
• Proven account management or related experience.
• Experience delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Background in telecom, ICT, or IT sectors is preferred.
