Customer Operations Specialist

About the role

The Customer Operations Specialist ensures that products are available, visible, and promoted effectively across Modern Trade stores. You will work closely with store personnel and agency teams to drive in‑store excellence and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor agency supervisors and coordinators to improve in‑store execution, productivity, and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key store personnel to drive product availability, visibility, and promotional support.
• Ensure timely and effective execution of trade promotions, activations, and sales programs across assigned accounts.
• Oversee merchandising implementation, including planogram compliance, POP deployment, and in‑store audits.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (availability, facings, execution) and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements and support operational efficiency in merchandising, promotions, and store execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or sales operations (FMCG preferred).
• Strong stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven capability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
