Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (Korean Speaker)

About the role

3M is seeking a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst who is fluent in Korean to join its Global Service Center in Taguig, Philippines. The analyst will handle end‑to‑end complaint management and credit‑collections activities, ensuring timely and professional resolution for external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and investigate customer complaints through designated channels.
• Identify root causes, coordinate with quality, operations, and service teams, and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Maintain complete and accurate complaint records and generate summary reports for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances, initiate collection actions, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service to resolve billing disputes and account discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports, support month‑end accounts receivable processes, and recommend escalations when needed.
• Identify trends, support continuous‑improvement initiatives, and contribute to service‑quality projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with external customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Customer‑facing experience and a solid understanding of business processes.
