Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (German Speaker)

About the role

As a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (German Speaker) at 3M GBS, you will support global B2B customers and business partners across international markets. You will investigate, connect the dots, and drive issues to resolution, working closely with supply‑chain, logistics, finance, sales and customer operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues across the Order‑to‑Cash journey, including orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, credits and disputes.
• Investigate concerns, identify root causes and drive the appropriate next steps.
• Communicate with customers in German and English, ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation and AI‑enabled tools to make work smarter and more effective.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, supply‑chain, logistics or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, curious and eager to learn how global business works.
• ERP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
