Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

As a Customer Issue Resolution Analyst (French Speaker) at 3M GBS, you will support global B2B customers and business partners by investigating, connecting the dots, and driving issues to resolution across the Order‑to‑Cash journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, returns, credits, and disputes.
• Investigate concerns, identify root causes, and coordinate next steps with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations teams.
• Communicate with customers in French and English, providing clear updates and solutions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn global business operations.
