Customer Experience Specialist – Spanish

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to join its Ocean Customer Experience team. You will act as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end shipment lifecycle and delivering a positive experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer channels, case handling and onboarding processes.
• Assist customers with issues, coordinating closely with local and offshore teams to resolve exceptions promptly.
• Handle inbound service queries, issue escalation and exception management.
• Execute import and export processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and global procedures.
• Facilitate documentation, cargo readiness and delivery order completion.
• Collaborate with Area Partners and internal stakeholders to meet contract terms and avoid additional costs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a passion for high‑level service delivery.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to understand customers' business drivers and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in customer interaction and case management within a logistics or shipping environment.
