Customer Experience Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our Clinic Operations team. You will be responsible for shaping memorable client journeys, from the first consultation through post‑treatment care, and driving initiatives that boost satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects that improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Design and oversee seamless client experiences across all touch points.
• Collect, analyse, and act on customer feedback to implement service enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client experience management.
• Experience in the aesthetic, beauty, luxury, or healthcare sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with leadership and problem‑solving skills.
