About the role
The Customer Experience Ambassador will ensure Globe customers enjoy a positive and memorable interaction with the brand. You will guide them through digital channels, recommend suitable products and services, and resolve any issues they encounter.
Key responsibilities
- Create a positive and memorable experience for customers by providing assistance and product recommendations.
- Assist customers in using digital channels through face‑to‑face digital user assistance or education.
- Address sales and service needs, including approving and processing applications and transactions.
- Process payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.
Required profile
- Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and guide customers through digital tools.
- Interest in supporting sales and service processes.
