Customer Data Management Analyst II

About the role

The Customer Data Management Analyst II will support the RX business units in Manila by ensuring efficient, compliant handling of customer data across multiple CRM and registration platforms. You will work closely with marketing, data, and show teams to streamline data flows, maintain data quality, and enable targeted campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data processes: design and improve data extraction, transformation, and reporting pipelines using Salesforce, registration systems and other CRM tools.
• Ensure data governance: apply global privacy regulations, develop local policies, flag data inaccuracies, and produce regular data‑quality reports.
• Support marketing data needs: create and refresh segmented lists, perform privacy checks, handle imports/exports to campaign platforms such as Eloqua and Verint, and reduce duplicate records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to identify segmentation opportunities and align data initiatives with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data‑management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a global environment.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
