Customer Care Specialist - Bohol

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is hiring a Customer Care Specialist (Teammate) in Bohol. The role provides world-class, accurate, efficient and respectful service to clients on every call, measured against performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research and give accurate, timely answers via phone, email and live chat
• Navigate internal and external documentation and resources to deliver quality service
• Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to the right internal teams
• Route calls to the right resources and document interactions per standard operating procedures
• Spot emerging trends and patterns in issues and communicate them
• Handle calls professionally according to client quality guidelines and company protocols, KPIs and policies
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors and other departments, and take part in mandatory training and seminars

Required profile

• At least a high school graduate
• Fluent in English, reading and writing
• Problem-solving, critical thinking and great written and oral communication skills
• Adaptable, empathic, resilient and trustworthy, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Required skills

• Proficient with Windows OS, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk and Slack, and internal troubleshooting tools
