Customer Care Professional – US Banking Servicing

About the role

Join the Global Servicing team to deliver world‑class support for US banking customers. You will handle inbound phone inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects Amex’s legacy of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary phone‑based customer care for the US Banking Servicing Network.
• Handle a broad range of requests, including account maintenance, transactions, and funds‑related inquiries.
• Resolve rewards, redemption, and other banking queries through end‑to‑end ownership.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions across multiple servicing platforms and web‑based applications.
• Adapt to evolving products, services, systems, and customer needs while maintaining high service standards.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• College education or higher.
• Minimum 1½ years of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or investment (BFSI) environments.
• At least 1½ years of recent CSAT/NPS experience (within the last 6 months).
• Strong listening, consultative relationship‑building, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment while multitasking across platforms.
• Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn new products and processes.
