Customer Care Associate – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join Symbos CX’s hybrid team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this role you will be the first point of contact for families and care users, handling booking‑related enquiries, cancellations and general requests with empathy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat messages regarding bookings, schedule changes and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to families and care users, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Document interactions in the company’s system and follow up on pending issues.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members while maintaining ownership until resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine desire to help families and care users.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using standard office applications.
