About the role
The Crew Leader supports the Restaurant Management Team (RMT) in delivering consistent service and operational excellence during each shift at the Daet Bayan outlet. This position ensures that standard operating procedures, sales initiatives, and food safety standards are properly applied.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the RMT in implementing SOPs and sales‑related programs.
- Monitor cost‑management procedures and support new‑employee orientation.
- Maintain and update operational records using monitoring tools such as sales‑building initiatives and incentive programs.
- Verify proper implementation of food safety standards.
- Provide production, service, and channel‑management support as needed.
- Prepare and facilitate administrative tasks assigned by the management team.
Required profile
- At least second‑year college education completed.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Crew member or 3 years in a service/production crew role.
