About the role

The Credit/Collections Coordinator I supports the management of customer accounts and repayment processes. Working under moderate supervision, the role focuses on routine credit and collections activities while ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about repayment schedules to maximize income and recover arrears.
• Perform basic data entry, collection, and analysis to support reporting and decision‑making.
• Record actions, activities, and account information promptly in the company’s systems.
• Respond to straightforward customer issues such as returns.
• Exchange information courteously with internal teams and external contacts.
• Enter and verify financial data in standard systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Basic experience (4‑6 months) with simple office or operational systems.
• Ability to work under close supervision while developing functional expertise.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational compliance.
• Willingness to participate in training and development activities.
