About the role
Join Galilee Business Support Services as a Credit Support Officer focused on mortgage lending. You will work day‑shift onsite in Bonifacio Global City, handling the loan pipeline and supporting the mortgage team.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the mortgage loan pipeline from application to approval.
- Perform credit assessments and ensure compliance with lending policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve borrower inquiries and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan status in the system.
Required profile
- Willingness to work day‑shift hours onsite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files.
- Good communication skills for interacting with borrowers and team members.
