Credit Specialist – Credit Investigation & A/R Management

About the role

We are looking for a Credit Specialist to manage credit investigations and oversee accounts‑receivable reporting across our business units. The role ensures that new customers are evaluated thoroughly and that credit risk is monitored continuously.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for new customers applying for credit terms and lines.
• Prepare customer evaluation reports and recommend appropriate terms and conditions.
• Generate and consolidate monthly accounts‑receivable reports for all business units.
• Maintain, monitor and analyse the customer database for past‑due accounts, credit‑limit breaches and expiring collateral.
• Escalate identified risks to relevant business units and work collaboratively to mitigate exposure.
• Support the Order‑to‑Cash process and ensure accurate data flow.
• Utilise SAP for data extraction, reporting and workflow management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate auditing or related credit functions.
• Strong understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.
• Ability to work closely with multiple business units.
