Creative Production Manager

About the role

The Creative Production Manager will lead the delivery of high‑quality creative output for a global technology brand, overseeing production across multiple disciplines and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of all output from the Hub, maintaining industry‑leading quality.
• Lead, train and motivate Hub delivery teams, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Serve as senior stakeholder contact for GEO delivery teams, managing relationships and resource planning.
• Drive consistency in production processes, promote cross‑training, and optimise productivity.
• Implement global innovation programmes and use data‑driven insights to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in advertising or creative production.
• Strong leadership managing global and local teams.
• Hands‑on problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Technical expertise in print/packaging, colour retouching and digital artwork production.
• Familiarity with HTML, POS, motion graphics and email marketing assets.
