Creative Producer – TikTok & Meta Short Video Content

About the role

The Creative Producer will join the AIRR Production Team to lead end‑to‑end development of short‑form video content for beauty and lifestyle brands on TikTok and Meta platforms. You will translate performance data and trend insights into actionable content plans, mentor junior creators, and ensure high‑quality, on‑brand video output.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret content, platform performance and trend reports to create feasible TikTok/Meta content plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with copywriters, multimedia designers and creative leads, turning insights into concrete video concepts.
• Develop visual treatments, shot lists, scripts or storyboards for high‑volume short‑video production.
• Oversee the creation and management of shot lists, coordinate with the Production Manager, and ensure timelines are met.
• Direct talent, storytelling and visual elements to reflect brand identity and platform best practices.
• Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Freepik AI Suite) to accelerate ideation and production workflows.
• Maintain high standards in styling, hair, outfit coordination and production design.
• Mentor junior creators and uphold quality standards across all output.

Required profile

• Proven track record creating TikTok and/or Meta short‑video content for beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Deep understanding of platform best practices, visual styling, messaging strategy and trend spotting.
• Hands‑on experience in production management from scriptwriting to shoot execution.
• Ability to mentor and upskill junior creators.
