CPA Accountant – Hybrid (Makati)

About the role

We are hiring a CPA Accountant for an international organization with operations in multiple countries. The role is part of a collaborative finance team supporting both headquarters and field offices.

Key responsibilities

• Record and review financial transactions, process payments and maintain supporting documentation.
• Monitor account balances, analyze financial data and support general accounting and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, support internal and donor reporting, and review budget versus actual expenditures.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting and analysis.
• Support internal and external audits, maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required, open to newly licensed CPAs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Relevant accounting, finance or audit experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to undergo two months of onsite training in Makati.
