Courier – South Service Center

About the role

Join DHL Express as a Courier for the South Service Center, delivering parcels efficiently while representing the brand with a professional image. You will be responsible for sorting, picking up, and delivering shipments on a dedicated route, ensuring timely and accurate service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, load, and deliver shipments on the assigned route, meeting required delivery dates (RDD) and pickup windows (PU).
• Interact with customers in a courteous, friendly manner, providing a professional interface at every touchpoint.
• Record all shipment activities electronically using a scanner, or manually when required.
• Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of all parcels while in transit.
• Communicate any changes in customer needs to Dispatch/Customer Service and use initiative to resolve issues.
• Handle cash transactions related to deliveries or collections and reconcile non‑delivered shipments for the next cycle.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services.
• Valid professional driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class (motorcycle, van, or truck).
• Experience with parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with handheld scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation.

Required skills

• Valid professional driver’s license (appropriate vehicle restriction code).
• Proficiency in operating handheld scanning devices and managing waybill documentation.
