Courier – Parcel Delivery & Collection

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Courier to join our Laguna Service Center team. You will be responsible for sorting, delivering and picking up shipments on a dedicated route while representing DHL Express to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, load and unload parcels for a specific courier route.
• Deliver and collect shipments efficiently, meeting RDD and PU requirements.
• Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Record all shipment activities using a scanner or manually.
• Ensure safe handling, security and integrity of shipments in transit.
• Communicate any changes in customer needs to Dispatch/Customer Service.
• Handle cash transactions related to deliveries or collections and reconcile non‑delivered shipments.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in delivery, logistics, transportation or courier services.
• Valid professional driver’s licence for the vehicle type (motorcycle, van or truck).
• Experience with parcel handling, loading/unloading and delivery operations.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and ability to interact professionally.

Required skills

• Familiarity with scanning devices and waybills.
