Courier – Laguna Service Center

About the role

Join DHL Express as a Courier at the Laguna Service Center, delivering parcels and providing a professional image to customers and the public. You will be responsible for sorting, delivering, and picking up shipments on a dedicated route while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route efficiently and cost‑productively.
• Maintain a professional interface and image when interacting with customers and the public.
• Ensure deliveries meet RDD and pickup requirements as per RFU, with no missed pickups.
• Record all shipment activities electronically via a scanner or manually when required.
• Handle shipments safely, preserving security and integrity while in transit.
• Communicate changes in customer needs to Dispatch/CS and use initiative to meet those needs.
• Manage cash transactions resulting from deliveries or collections.
• Reconcile non‑delivered shipments and prioritize them for the next delivery cycle.
• Maintain the allocated vehicle in good condition.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or courier services.
• Valid professional driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle type (motorcycle, van, or truck).
• Experience in parcel handling, loading/unloading, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with scanning devices, waybills, and delivery documentation.
• Basic knowledge of customer service and professional client interaction.
