Cost Accountant – Cebu & Manila

About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support in the financial process of the group, analysing financial reports, comparing them against planned figures and delivering insightful reporting to management. It also involves offering valuable insights to support decision‑making, contributing to process improvement and monitoring divisional performance against budgets and forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance operations to meet changing needs and ensure timely submission of financial information for consolidation.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and prepare reports for senior management.
• Assess, document and continuously improve divisional finance processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support programme delivery resulting from regulatory change.
• Provide strategic plans for assigned regions and input to the VP of Finance Services.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely information delivery.
• Oversee activities to guarantee high‑quality, consistent, and timely service delivery.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support compliance with accounting requirements.

Required profile

• BS in Accountancy.
• CPA license.
• Experience in finance business partnering.
