About the role
WNS is seeking a Corporate Travel GDS Specialist to join its team in Libis, Metro Manila. The specialist will act as a professional representative of both the company and its corporate clients, ensuring interactions are handled with dignity, compassion, and strict adherence to established processes and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Represent WNS and its corporate travel clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to process corporate travel requests efficiently.
- Follow and enforce company processes and guidelines in all client interactions.
