Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Casto Travel Philippines is seeking a dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant to deliver professional, accurate, and cost‑effective travel solutions for corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Book air, hotel, car rental, and ground transportation reservations.
• Provide accurate, cost‑effective travel arrangements while maximizing preferred vendor usage.
• Manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs), ticketing, invoicing, and travel documentation.
• Resolve travel‑related concerns and deliver timely solutions to clients.
• Stay up to date with airline policies, industry regulations, and travel procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant.
• At least 3 years of international travel booking experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule.

Required skills

• Sabre GDS experience (Galileo, Amadeus or other GDS experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
