Corporate Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Corporate Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our staff. The role involves facilitating workshops, coaching employees and creating engaging learning materials that support both personal and organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training curricula, lesson plans, team‑building activities and assessment tests.
• Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, ensuring participants remain engaged and retain key concepts.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to help employees achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and tailor learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in Education, Mass Communication or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to hold trainees’ attention.
• Leadership mindset and passion for sales or customer‑facing environments.
• Experience in designing and delivering training, coaching or mentoring.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
