Corporate Trainer – Client‑Focused Training

About the role

The Trainer will deliver client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. The role ensures that associates are prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and meet performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day classroom training, monitor trainee progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Design and deliver training using presentation, facilitation, and adult‑learning techniques across multiple modalities.
• Prepare and present materials for technical, customer service, and sales accounts through hands‑on demos and classroom activities.
• Evaluate associate trainers, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate the transition of trainees to production, ensuring competency aligns with business needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings, and observing operations.
• Produce instructional content for computer‑based training, interactive sessions, and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness via surveys, focus groups, and interviews, and adjust curricula accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Two to four years of experience in training delivery and curriculum development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
