About the role

Join AIA as a Corporate Solutions Specialist and drive the sales of AIA products and services through banking channels. You will be responsible for meeting individual and team quotas while supporting AIA’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision makers and influencers at assigned banks.
Create demand for AIA’s products by demonstrating how they meet client needs.
Develop, implement and manage sales and distribution programmes for the bancassurance channel.
Manage accounts either as part of a larger team or as a named account holder within a specific geography.
