Corporate Paralegal

About the role
Home Credit Philippines is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support its Corporate Legal Team and Corporate Lawyer in daily operations. The role focuses on legal request management, document handling, and regulatory compliance within a fast‑moving financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Legal Request System (LRS), SAP enhancements, and SharePoint for the Legal Compliance and External Affairs Team.
- Provide document management support, including filing, tracking, and archiving legal documents.
- Assist lawyers, paralegals, and team members with contract review, corporate housekeeping, and preparation of regulatory reports.
- Respond to queries and requests from various business units across the company.
- Support the filing and handling of litigation cases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience.
- Willingness to work onsite daily in BGC, Taguig.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
