Corporate Management Trainee

About the role

The Corporate Management Training Program (CMTP) is an 18‑month development initiative designed for fresh graduates and early‑career professionals. Participants will rotate through commercial, corporate, and operations functions, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship from senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across multiple business units, including commercial, corporate, and operations.
• Work on real‑world business challenges and contribute to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings to senior management.
• Participate in mentorship sessions and formal learning journeys.
• Prepare for a strategic officer‑level placement upon successful program completion.

Required profile

• Academic excellence with a CGPA of 85 % or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in academics, extracurricular activities, or community initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and rotate across different business units.
