Corporate Lawyer

About the role

BB Wave Inc. is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team in Bonifacio Global City. You will provide strategic, high‑quality legal support to enable the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters to ensure ethical operations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives with legal guidance and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Stay current with legal developments in the industry and advise the business accordingly.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience, preferably from a leading law firm or the iGaming sector.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including labor law, IPO processes, criminal and civil law, and PAGCOR compliance.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities with a pragmatic, business‑focused approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration at all levels.
• Proven teamwork experience and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and committed to continuous professional development.
